What You’ll Do
Recruitment is one of the most diverse and rewarding careers out there. No two days are the same because no two candidates or clients is the same. As a recruitment consultant, you will be a detective, a career guidance counsellor, a mediator, a negotiator and much more. It is fast-paced challenging and exciting. You will managing the full 360 recruitment process; attract high calibre candidates that fit your client’s needs, screen CVs and references, assess your candidates’ career goals to ensure a great fit with your clients.
